• Contact Dealer form (on individual vehicle pages) — your name, email address, phone number, and any message you include, along with which vehicle you're asking about.
• Live chat widget — the messages you send us, and, optionally, your email address if you choose to provide it so we can follow up. To keep your conversation history available when you return, we store a random identifier in your browser's local storage — this identifier isn't tied to your name or any account, only to the messages in that conversation.
• Newsletter signup — your email address, if you choose to subscribe.

We do not collect payment information, government ID numbers, or any sensitive personal data through this website.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information you provide to:

• Respond to your questions about a specific vehicle or about our dealership;
• Follow up with you by phone or email about an inquiry you submitted;
• Continue a conversation you started through the live chat, including replying outside of business hours;
• Send occasional updates about new inventory, if you've subscribed to our newsletter.

We do not use your information for automated decision-making, and we do not sell it to third parties.

Cookies & Local Storage

This site uses your browser's local storage — not traditional tracking cookies — for one purpose: remembering the anonymous identifier used by the live chat widget, so your conversation history is still there if you come back. You can clear this at any time by clearing your browser's site data, though doing so will start a new, empty conversation.

Third-Party Services

The reviews shown on our homepage are pulled from Google's public review data for our business listing — we don't collect any personal information from you through that feature. We may also use standard web hosting and email delivery services to operate this site and respond to your messages; these providers only process data on our behalf and don't use it for their own purposes.

How Long We Keep Your Information

We keep inquiry and chat records for as long as reasonably useful for following up with you and maintaining our records, and we remove them when they're no longer needed. You can ask us to delete your information at any time — see "Your Choices" below.
